Recommended by Office of the Chief Financial Officer Approval of Resolution for the payment of premiums for Minor Insurance Policies for Policy Years 2025-26, 2026-27, for a three-year period and an amount not to exceed $12,000,000. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3).

7. Recommended by Office of the City Attorney Approval of Legal Services Agreement between the City of Los Angeles, acting by and through the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power and Roetzel & Andress, Agreement No. 47906. The proposed Agreement shall not exceed $50,000, the firms will be compensated at a rate of $350 per hour for shareholder attorney time, and the term of the Agreement will be from June 1,2025, through May 31, 2028. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15061(b)(3).

8. Recommended by Power System Approval of Amendment No. 1 to Agreement Nos. 47661A and 47661B for Emissions Source Testing Services. This Amendment will increase funds by $1,500,000, to a new cumulative not-to-exceed amount of $4,500,000. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3).

9. Recommended by Power System Approval of Amendment No. 1 to the Windy Point/Windy Flats Project Power Sales Agreement No. BP 09-17. The Amendment will extend the total term for the Power Purchase Agreement to 26 years, with a termination date of September 9, 2036. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15061(b)(3).

10. Recommended by Power System Approval of Arizona Nuclear Power Project (ANPP) High Voltage Switchyard Amended and Restated Interconnection Agreement. As one of the ANPP Co-owners, LADWP has 3.20 percent ownership share of the ANPP Switchyard; and through SCPPA's ownership share of 5.44 percent, LADWP has 67 percent; giving LADWP an estimated total of 6.85 percent ownership shares in the ANPP Switchyard. LADWP's current share of the annual expenditure for the operation, maintenance, and capital improvement of the ANPP Switchyard is approximately $375,000 and is not expected to be impacted. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3).

11. Recommended by Power System Approval of Memorandum of Understanding for Project Delivery of the Los Angeles World Airports Projects. Los Angeles World Airports will reimburse LADWP for the work covered under this MOU, except for any betterment for LADWP. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3).

Recommended by Power System Approval of Southern California Association of Governments Regional Utilities Supporting Housing Grant Funding Selection and Request for Authorization to enter Into a Memorandum of Understanding to Accept Grant Funding. The proposed Resolution will allocate funds from approximately $3.68 Million in Southern California Association of Government funding to LADWP for projects under LADWP's Project PowerHouse program, as identified in the Regional Utilities Supporting Housing grant application and approves the related MOU with SCAG. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3).
