10. Recommended by Power System Approval of Arizona Nuclear Power Project (ANPP) High Voltage Switchyard Amended and Restated Interconnection Agreement. As one of the ANPP Co-owners, LADWP has 3.20 percent ownership share of the ANPP Switchyard; and through SCPPA's ownership share of 5.44 percent, LADWP has 67 percent; giving LADWP an estimated total of 6.85 percent ownership shares in the ANPP Switchyard. LADWP's current share of the annual expenditure for the operation, maintenance, and capital improvement of the ANPP Switchyard is approximately $375,000 and is not expected to be impacted.
