Recommended by Office of the City Attorney Approval of Legal Services Agreement between the City of Los Angeles, acting by and through the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power and Roetzel & Andress, Agreement No. 47906. The proposed Agreement shall not exceed $50,000, the firms will be compensated at a rate of $350 per hour for shareholder attorney time, and the term of the Agreement will be from June 1,2025, through May 31, 2028.
