1. Recommended by Office of the Chief Customer Officer, Communications, and Community Affairs Approval of Annual Adjustment to Low-Income Eligibility Criteria for the EZ-SAVE Program for Fiscal Year 2025-2026, effective July 1, 2025, this action will result in a higher income threshold for both new applicants and continuing EZ-SAVE participants. Determine item is exempt pursuant to California Environmental Quality Act Guidelines Section 15060(c)(2).
2. Recommended by Office of the Chief Customer Officer, Communications, and Community Affairs Approval of Feed-in-Tariff+ Pilot Program Expansion. Projects will be eligible for interconnection reimbursement of up to $150,000 or $450,000 depending on the circuit voltage and whether the project is located in a Disadvantaged Community, as identified in the Department of Energy Grid Resilience and Innovation Partnerships Grant LADWP Resolution No. 025 085. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(2).
3. Recommended by Office of the Chief Safety Officer Approval of Amendment No. 1 to Agreement No. 47713 for General Safety Training with NATEC International, Inc. The proposed Amendment will extend the term by one year from June 27, 2025, to June 27, 2026, and will terminate upon the one-year extension or execution of a new agreement, whichever occurs first. The $1,700,000, Agreement amount will remain unchanged. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3).
4. Recommended by Office of the Chief Financial Officer Approval of Authorization to Execute an Amended and Restated Joint Powers Agreement with the City of Burbank for the Entity Hereafter to be Known as Southern California Public Utilities Financing Authority. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3). City Council approval is required.
