19. (Recommended by Senior Assistant General Manager – External and Regulatory Affairs/Chief Sustainability Officer and Senior Assistant General Manager – Water System) (Approved by General Manager and Chief Engineer) Approval of the De Soto Trunk Line Project and Adoption of the Mitigated Negative Declaration in Accordance with the California Environment Quality Act. In accordance with CEQA Guidelines Sections 15070-15075, it was determined that the proposed Project would not have a significant effect on the environment with the incorporation of mitigation measures, and hence, an Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration has been prepared.
20. (Recommended by Senior Assistant General Manager – External and Regulatory Affairs/Chief Sustainability Officer and Senior Assistant General Manager – Water System) (Approved by General Manager and Chief Engineer) Approval of Adoption of the Western Trunk Line Project Mitigated Negative Declaration in Accordance with the California Environment Quality Act. In accordance with CEQA Guidelines Sections 15070-15075, it was determined that the proposed Project would not have a significant effect on the environment with the incorporation of mitigation measures, and hence, an Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration has been prepared.

(Recommended by Senior Assistant General Manager – Power System Construction, Maintenance, and Operations) (Approved by General Manager and Chief Engineer) Approval of Contract Nos. 142A, 142B, and 142C for Furnish, Deliver, and Pick Up Heavy Trucks and Trailers, on a Fully-Maintained, As-Needed, Bare Rental Basis with Ahern Rentals Inc.; United Rentals (North America), Inc.; and Nesco, LLC, for a term of three years and an amount not to exceed $20,782,294. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15378(b)(4).
22.
