(Recommended by Senior Assistant General Manager – External and Regulatory Affairs/Chief Sustainability Officer and Senior Assistant General Manager – Water System) (Approved by General Manager and Chief Engineer) Approval of the De Soto Trunk Line Project and Adoption of the Mitigated Negative Declaration in Accordance with the California Environment Quality Act. In accordance with CEQA Guidelines Sections 15070-15075, it was determined that the proposed Project would not have a significant effect on the environment with the incorporation of mitigation measures, and hence, an Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration has been prepared.
