26. (Recommended by Senior Assistant General Manager – Power System Engineering, Planning, and Technical Services) (Approved by General Manager and Chief Engineer) Approval of Amendment No. 1 to Agreement No. 47443 for Facility Caretaker – Boulder City, Nevada Conference Center with Vincent Abila. The Amendment will extend the term by two years and increase the amount by $94,000. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3).

27. (Recommended by Senior Assistant General Manager – Power System Engineering, Planning, and Technical Services) (Approved by General Manager and Chief Engineer) Approval of Fourth Amendments to the Los Angeles-Burbank Hoover Transmission Service Agreement (TSA), DWP No. 10928, Los Angeles-Glendale Hoover TSA, DWP No. 10929, and Los Angeles-Pasadena Hoover TSA, DWP No. 10930. These Amendments will extend the term of each respective Agreement by one year. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(2).

28.
