1. Recommended by Office of the Chief Administrative Officer Approval of Amendment No. 1 to Agreement No. 47760A through 47760D for Armed and Unarmed Security Services with Absolute Security International Corporation dba Absolute International Security; Universal Protection Service, LP dba Allied Universal Security Services; American Guard Services, Inc.; and Patrol Solutions, LLC. The Amendment will extend the term by one year, for a total term of four years, and will increase the Agreement amount by $9,240,000, for a total cumulative amount not to exceed $39,240,000. Determine item is exempt pursuant to California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3).

2. Recommended by Office of the Chief Administrative Officer Approval of Board Determination Concerning Proposed Maximum Assessment for District Streetlight Maintenance. The proposed Resolution is for a not to exceed amount of $466,855.52, for Fiscal Year 2026/2027 and Annual Inflation Adjustment beginning Fiscal Year 2027/2028. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3).

3. Recommended by Office of the Chief Strategy and Sustainability Officer Approval of Amendment to Board Resolution No. 026 104, for the Cost Recovery Agreement with the United States Department of Agriculture, Forest Service, Inyo National Forest 2025 - 2035. The Amendment authorizes an advanced payment of $224,504.11, for each of the first three years to fully fund the ten-year Cost Recovery Agreement, for a total not to exceed amount of $673,512.33. The total cost and term of the Cost Recovery Agreement will remain unchanged. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3).

4. Recommended by Office of the Chief Resiliency and Emergency Officer Approval of Single Source Agreement No. 47982 for Staff Augmentation Services with Slalom, Inc. The Agreement is for a term of three years and an amount not to exceed $6,106,969. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3).

5. Recommended by Office of the Chief Information Officer and Chief AI Officer Approval of Agreement No. 47962 for IT Cloud Subscription and Services with Insight Public Sector Inc. The Agreement is for a term of two years and amount not to exceed $14,000,000. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3).

6. Recommended by Office of the City Attorney Approval of Second Amendment to Legal Services Agreement between the City of Los Angeles, acting by and through the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power and Munger, Tolles & Olson, LLP. The Second Amendment adds $10,000,000, for an aggregate budget of $30,000,000. The term of the Agreement, commencing on January 12, 2025, and terminate January 11, 2028, and the scope of legal services shall not change with the Second Amendment. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3).

7. Recommended by Power System Approval of Implementation of Mayor Karen Bass’ Executive Directive No. 19 – Development, Services, Streamlining, and Modernization. Environmental Recommendation is not applicable.

8. Recommended by Water System Approval of Resolution for Payment of Fiscal Year 2026-2027 Air Quality Fees to the Great Basin Unified Air Pollution Control District. LADWP will pay annual fees in the budgeted amount of $9,733,314, less a reserve policy credit of $2,179,262, and a revenue credit of $60,000, for a total of $7,494,051. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3).

9. Recommended by Water System Approval of Resolution for Delegation of Authority for Fiscal Years 2026-2027 and 2027-2028 Grant and Loan Applications for Water and Power System Projects. Authorizing the submission of grant and loan applications has no direct financial impact. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3).
