CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL – EXISTING LITIGATION (Section 54956.9(d)(1) of the California Government Code) Second Amendment to Legal Services Agreement between the City of Los Angeles, acting by and through the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power, and Munger, Tolles & Olson, LLP. The Board shall publicly report any action taken in closed session and the vote or abstention of every member present thereon, in accordance with Section 54957.1 of the California Government Code.
