Recommended by Office of the Chief Strategy and Sustainability Officer Approval of Amendment to Board Resolution No. 026 104, for the Cost Recovery Agreement with the United States Department of Agriculture, Forest Service, Inyo National Forest 2025 - 2035. The Amendment authorizes an advanced payment of $224,504.11, for each of the first three years to fully fund the ten-year Cost Recovery Agreement, for a total not to exceed amount of $673,512.33. The total cost and term of the Cost Recovery Agreement will remain unchanged. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3).
