The Agreement is for a term of one year with two one-year optional renewal periods, and a total aggregate amount not to exceed $4,000,000. Determine item is exempt pursuant to California Environmental Quality Act Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3).
2. Recommended by Office of the Chief Administrative Officer Approval of Compensation Reset with the Port of Los Angeles Harbor Department for Distribution Station 3 Located at 200 Terminal Way, Terminal Island, California and Distribution Station 121 Located at 708 Regan Street, San Pedro, California. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3).
3. Recommended by Office of the Chief Customer Officer, Communications, and Community Affairs Approval of Amendment No. 3 to Agreement No. 47648 for Media Planning and Placement Services with Fraser Communications. The Amendment is to increase the not to exceed amount by $4,500,000, to $13,500,000. This reflects funds over a five-year period, all other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain unchanged. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3).
4. Recommended by Office of the Chief Customer Officer, Communications, and Community Affairs Approval of Agreement No. 47882 for Data Science and Voice of the Customer Professional Services with E Source Companies, LLC. The Agreement is for a term of three years and an amount not to exceed $4,000,000. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3).
5. Recommended by Office of the Chief People Officer Approval of Resolution to establish the Duties Description Record (DDR) for Electric Meter Setter Supervisor A (EMSS A), Class Code 3824, DDR No. 95-38242; adopt the salary as approved by the City Council; and amend the Annual Personnel Resolution to reflect the new EMSS A DDR. 6. Recommended by Office of the Chief Risk and Compliance Officer Approval of Agreement No. 47936 for Wildfire Mitigation Planning Support with Boston Consulting Group, Inc. The Agreement is for a term of one year and an amount not to exceed $2,448,370. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3).
7. Recommended by Office of the Chief Strategy and Sustainability Officer Approval of Amendment No. 2 to the Memorandum of Agreement between LADWP and the University of California, Los Angeles. The Amendment will extend the term by five years to a new total term of 13 years and will increase funding by $5,000,000, to a new not to exceed amount of $14,000,000. 9. Recommended by Power System Approval of Contract No. 377 for Overhead Distribution Technical Services with Parkia, Inc. The Contract is for a period of one year with two one-year renewal options, and a total estimated expenditure of $33,103,862, for an amount not to exceed $41,379,828.
