7. Recommended by Office of the Chief Strategy and Sustainability Officer Approval of Amendment No. 2 to the Memorandum of Agreement between LADWP and the University of California, Los Angeles. The Amendment will extend the term by five years to a new total term of 13 years and will increase funding by $5,000,000, to a new not to exceed amount of $14,000,000.
