18. Recommended by Power System Approval of Contract No. 534 for Services for Construction of Electrical Underground Conduits and Substructures with W.A. Rasic Construction Company, Inc. This Contract is for a term of one year with four one-year optional periods for an estimated expenditure of $228,595,009 and an amount not-to-exceed $285,743,762. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3).
19. Recommended by Power System Approval of Contract No. 595 for Services for Installing, Removing, and Splicing Underground Distribution System Cables with Parkia, Inc. This Contract is for a term of one year with four one-year optional renewal periods, for an estimated expenditure of $160,374,346 and an amount not-to-exceed $200,467,933. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3).

Recommended by Power System Approval of Wireline Crossing Agreement (Tower 192.2 – 192.3) with Union Pacific Railroad Company for Barren Ridge Switching Station to Haskell Canyon Switching Station Line 1 Right of Way in Mojave, Kern County, CA. LADWP has no ownership share in the Cedar Mountain-Moenkopi 500 kV Line and does not anticipate any financial impact from the execution of the Navajo Large Generator Interconnection Agreement. 22. Recommended by Power System Approval of Transmission Service Agreements with Open Mountain Energy, LLC for Firm Point-To-Point Transmission Service, DWP Nos. BP 22-007, BP 22-019, and BP 23-002. The proposed Transmission Service Agreements would generate revenue of approximately $2.9 Million dollars over the initial two-year term, and a total of approximately $3.7 Million dollars if the Transmission Service Agreements are renewed. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3). City Council approval is required.
23. Recommended by Power System Approval of Contract No. 410B – Rental of Cranes with Operators with The Crane Guys, LLC. The proposed Contract is for the rental of cranes with operators on an as-needed basis for a term of three years, for an estimated expenditure of $8,620,034, and an amount not-to-exceed $10,775,043. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3).
24. Recommended by Power System Approval of California Independent System Operator Extended Day-Ahead Market Entity Implementation Agreement, DWP No. 024-122. The Agreement reflects payments to CAISO of approximately $3,000,000; however, since the cost may exceed the estimate, a 10 percent contingency is added for a total of $3,300,000. 25. Recommended by Power System Approval of Agreement No. 47852 for Safety and Pressure Relief Valve Testing and Repair Services with Basin Valve Company, LLC. Recommended by Power System Approval of Second Amended and Restated Navajo Co-Tenancy Agreement No. BP 22-014; Second Amended and Restated Navajo Southern Transmission System Operating Agreement No. BP 22-015; and Second Amended and Restated Navajo Western Transmission System Operating Agreement No. BP 22-016. 27. Recommended by Power System Approval of Amendment No. 2 to Agreement No. 47595 for Energy Imbalance Market Variable Energy Resources Forecasting Services with UL Services Group, LLC. The proposed Amendment will extend the term of the Agreement by an additional three years with two one-year extension options, for a total term of up to ten years. The Agreement will increase the not-to-exceed amount by $708,936 from $882,645 to $1,591,581, including contingency. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3). City Council approval is required.
28. Recommended by Power System Approval of Amendment No. 2 to Agreement No. 47560 for Distribution Automation Communication Network Solution and Services with Itron, Inc. The Agreement amount of $83,150,729 and contingency amount of $12,472,609, for a total not-to-exceed amount of $95,623,338, will remain unchanged. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3). City Council approval is required.
29. Recommended by Power System Approval of Alliance for Renewable Clean Hydrogen Energy Systems Subrecipient Agreement for the Scattergood Generating Stations Unit 1 and 2 Green Hydrogen-Ready Modernization Project. Approval of the Resolution will a subaward of up to $100 Million in Federal funds towards the cost of the Scattergood Project (total estimated cost is approximately $800 Million). The Agreement will be authorized for a term of five years. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(2).
