Determine item is exempt pursuant to California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines Section 15061(b)(3). City Council approval is required.
2. Recommended by Office of the Chief Administrative Officer Approval of Agreement No. 47841 for Hazardous Substance Spill and Emergency Response Services – Clean Harbors Environmental Services, Inc. for a term of five years and an amount not-to-exceed $10,000,000. Determine item is in compliance with CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3).
