27. Recommended by Power System Approval of Amendment No. 2 to Agreement No. 47595 for Energy Imbalance Market Variable Energy Resources Forecasting Services with UL Services Group, LLC. The proposed Amendment will extend the term of the Agreement by an additional three years with two one-year extension options, for a total term of up to ten years. The Agreement will increase the not-to-exceed amount by $708,936 from $882,645 to $1,591,581, including contingency. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3). City Council approval is required.
