1. Recommended by Office of the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Engineer Approval to Establish and Revise Duties Description Records, Adopt the Salaries, and Amend the Annual Personnel Resolution for the Classification of Chief of Drafting Operations. Determine item is exempt pursuant to California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3).
2. Recommended by Office of the Chief Operating Officer Approval of the McCullough–Victorville Transmission Lines 1 and 2 Upgrade Project and Certification of the Final Environmental Impact Report in Accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act. This Project is estimated to cost $820,000,000 for design and construction. The cost of this project will depend on the final design, outages granted for the project, and the number of crews needed to complete the work in the allotted time frame. There is no expiration date for the Project set forth in the Resolution. Determine item is in compliance with CEQA Guidelines Section 1508015097.
3. Recommended by Financial Services Organization Approval of Authorization to Increase the Incremental Rate Stabilization Account Target From $180 Million to $220 Million? to Increase the Current Incremental Rate Stabilization Account Balance From $180 Million to $220 Million? and to Restrict $40 Million in Cash to Match the Incremental Rate Stabilization Account. Resolution authorizes LADWP to increase the Incremental Rate Stabilization Account target to $220 Million from $180 Million to increase the current balance of the Stabilization Account by $40 Million to $220 Million, and to increase the restricted cash account by $40 Million to match the Stabilization Account. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3).
4. Recommended by Financial Services Organization Approval of Authorization to Issue up to $507.91 Million of Power System Revenue Bonds Under Resolution Nos. 5062 and 5063. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3).
5. Recommended by Power System Approval of Contract Nos. 410A and 410B – Rental of Cranes with Operators with Reliable Construction Services, LLC and The Crane Guys, LLC,respectively. This Contract is for a term of three years for a cumulative estimated expenditure of $12,562,031, and for a cumulative amount not to exceed $15,702,540. The Contracts are a result of a competitive bid process. Estimated expiration date of October 2027. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3).
6. Recommended by Water System Approval of Cooperative Agreements with the California Department of Transportation for Stormwater Capture Park Projects. The Agreements are for LADWP to receive a total of $35,330,000, in funding for the Projects. Determine item is in compliance with CEQA Guidelines Sections 1507015075.
7. Recommended by Water System Approval of Lease No. 1429 with Kenneth Sample. The Lease will generate an estimated rental income of $275,580, during the fiveyear Lease term. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3).
8. Recommended by Water System Approval of Agreement No. WR241000 with the Los Angeles Department of Public Works, Bureau of Sanitation and Environment for the Groundwater Replenishment Project. LADWP will reimburse LASAN up to $740 Million for the construction of the facilities. This total capital cost of up to $740 Million will be utilized as follows: $495 Million for construction of a 30 MGD AWPF with full advanced treatment processes? $130 Million for design and construction of an Equalization Storage Facility? $20 Million for construction of a Maintenance and Warehouse Facility? $15 Million for construction of the Japanese Garden Effluent Bypass? and $80 Million for an overall project contingency. This Agreement expires 35 years after execution. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3).

The Board shall publicly report any action taken in closed session and the vote or abstention of every member present thereon, in accordance with Section 54957.1 of the California Government Code.
