Project and Certification of the Final Environmental Impact Report in
Accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act. This Project is
estimated to cost $820,000,000 for design and construction. The cost of this
project will depend on the final design, outages granted for the project, and the
number of crews needed to complete the work in the allotted time frame.
There is no expiration date for the Project set forth in the Resolution.
