2. General Public Comment: Opportunity for the public to address the Board on items of interest to the public that are within the subject matter jurisdiction of the Board. (Speakers may be limited in speaking time dependent upon the press of business and number of persons wishing to address the Board. In accordance with the Brown Act, no action or discussion shall be undertaken by the Board on any item not appearing on the posted agenda.)

11. Resolution Honoring Jeff L. Carivau on his Service and Retirement to the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power.

12. (Recommended by Chief Administrative Officer) (Approved by General Manager and Chief Engineer) Approval of Cooperative Purchasing Contract No. 204 to Furnish Furniture Systems and Related Products and Services with Allsteel, Inc., for a term of approximately 27 months with two one-year renewal options and an amount not to exceed $8,100,000. Determine item is exempt pursuant to California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3).

13. (Recommended by General Manager and Chief Engineer) Resolution Adopting Guidelines for Election of Active Members' Representatives to the Retirement Board of Administration for the Period May 1, 2021 through April 30, 2024.

14. (Recommended by Senior Assistant General Manager - Power System Engineering, Planning, and Technical Services) (Approved by General Manager and Chief Engineer) Approval of Amendment No. 1 to Agreement No. 47476-8 for Software Maintenance and Support for Outage Management and Mobile Dispatch Systems with CGI Technologies and Solutions Inc. The Amendment will extend the term by five years and increase the amount by $6,255,000. City Council approval is required. Determine item is in compliance with CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3).

15. (Recommended by Senior Assistant General Manager - External and Regulatory Affairs/Chief Sustainability Officer and Senior Assistant General Manager - Power System Engineering, Planning, and Technical Services) (Approved by General Manager and Chief Engineer) Approval of 2020 Grid Reliability Study Required by Statewide Once-Through-Cooling Policy. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(1).
