16. (Recommended by Senior Assistant General Manager - Water System) (Approved by General Manager and Chief Engineer) Approval of Amendment No. 1 to Contract No. 791 for Services Related to the Groundwater Monitoring and Production Wells Installation Project with Best Drilling and Pump, Inc. The Amendment will extend the term by one year. No additional funding is required. Determine item is in compliance with CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3).

17. (Recommended by Senior Assistant General Manager - Water System) (Approved by General Manager and Chief Engineer) Approval of Amendment No. 1 to Agreement No. 47525 for Progressive Design-Build Services for San Fernando Groundwater Basin Remediation with Kiewit Infrastructure West Company. The Amendment will increase the amount by $87,000,000. The term will remain unchanged. Determine item is in compliance with CEQA Guidelines Sections 15070-15075.

18. (Recommended by Senior Assistant General Manager - Water System) (Approved by General Manager and Chief Engineer) Approval of Independent Advisory Panel for Recycled Water Projects Administration - Agreement No. 47632 for a term of five years and an amount not to exceed $575,000. Determine item is in compliance with CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3).

19. (Recommended by Senior Assistant General Manager - Power System Engineering, Planning, and Technical Services) (Approved by General Manager and Chief Engineer) Approval of Clean Grid LA: Virtual Net Energy Metering Pilot Program.* Determine item is in compliance with CEQA Guidelines Section 15061(b)(3). *This Board item was amended at the January 12, 2021, Board Meeting. A vote on the Resolution, as amended, was inadvertently not taken. Accordingly, this item is being placed on the Agenda to vote on the amended Resolution.

LADWP, Los Angeles Superior Court Case No. 19STCV25614, pursuant to Section 54956.9(a) of the California Government Code. 2. County of Mono v. City of Los Angeles, Los Angeles Department of Water and Power, Alameda County Superior Court Case No. RG18923377, pursuant to Section 54956.9(a) of the California Government Code. 3. San Diego County Water Authority v. Metropolitan Water District of Southern California, San Francisco Superior Court Case Nos. CPF-10-510830; CPF-12-512466; CPF-14-514004; CPF-16-515282; CPF-16-515391; CGC-17-563350; California Court of Appeal (1st District) Case Nos. A146901; A148266; A154325; California Supreme Court Case Nos. S243500; S251025; and Los Angeles Superior Court Case No. BS173868, pursuant to Section 54956.9(a) of the California Government Code. B. Conference with Labor Negotiators: Pursuant to California Government Code Section 54957.6, the Board will meet in closed session with the Department's labor negotiators (the Department's General Manager and Chief Engineer and Chief Human Resources Officer) concerning labor negotiations with: Management Employees Association C. Evaluation of Performance of General Manager: Pursuant to California Government Code Section 54957(b)(1), the Board shall meet in closed session to evaluate the performance of the General Manager. The Board shall publicly report any action taken in closed session and the vote or abstention of every member present thereon, in accordance with Section 54957.1 of the California Government Code.
