Determine item is exempt pursuant to California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3).

(Recommended by Senior Assistant General Manager – External and Regulatory Affairs/Chief Sustainability Officer) (Approved by General Manager and Chief Engineer) Approval of Agreement No. 47636 for Crisis Communication Services Between LADWP and S. Groner Associates, Inc., for a term of one year with two one-year renewal options and an amount not to exceed $225,000. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(2).

12. (Recommended by Senior Assistant General Manager – Power System Engineering, Planning, and Technical Services) (Approved by General Manager and Chief Engineer) Approval of Amendment No. 1 to Contract No. 7576 for Transformers, Station Service 1 and 2, 10-MVA, ONAN, 240-kV/4.16-kV for Castaic Power Plant with Taikai Electric, USA, Inc. The Amendment will extend the term by two years and increase the amount by $19,529. Determine item is in compliance with CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3).

13. 15. Determine item is in compliance with CEQA Guidelines Section 15061(b)(3).

16. (Recommended by Senior Assistant General Manager – Water System) (Approved by General Manager and Chief Engineer) Approval of Amendment No. 1 to Contract No. 7681 for Construction of the Metropolitan Water District Los Angeles – 30 Connection Project. The Amendment will extend the term by five months. No additional funding is requested. Determine item is in compliance with CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3).
