6. Dreher v. Los Angeles Department of Water and Power, Los Angeles Superior Court Case No. 19STCV07272, pursuant to Section 54956.9(a) of the California Government Code.

B. Anticipated litigation in the following matters:

1. Discussion regarding significant exposure to litigation, pursuant to Subdivision (b)(1) of Section 54956.9 of the California Government Code (2 cases), including:

a. LADWP Claim File 1047710-Sub 10, regarding a Claim for Damage submitted on behalf of Claimant Luis A. Rodriguez due to a water main break.

C. Evaluation of Performance of General Manager: Pursuant to California Government Code Section 54957(b)(1), the Board shall meet in closed session to evaluate the performance of the General Manager.
