Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(2).

28. (Recommended by Senior Assistant General Manager – Water System) (Approved by General Manager and Chief Engineer) Approval of Amendment No. 1 to Agreement No. 47329 – Owner’s Agent for the San Fernando Basin Groundwater Remediation Facilities with Hazen and Sawyer. The Amendment will increase the contract amount by $18,500,000. No extension of time is requested. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3). City Council approval is required.
