24. (Recommended by Senior Assistant General Manager – Water System) (Approved by Interim General Manager and Chief Engineer) Approval of Water Supply Assessment – Weingart Projects located within the Central City Community Plan area of the City of Los Angeles. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15268(b)(4).

25. (Recommended by Assistant General Manager – Customer Service Division) (Approved by Interim General Manager and Chief Engineer) Approval of Agreement No. 47563 for Collection Agency Management Services. Award to Navient Portfolio Management, LLC, for a term of one year with two optional oneyear renewal periods and an amount not to exceed $4,500,000. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(2).

26. (Recommended by Chief Information Technology Officer – Information Technology Services Division) (Approved by Interim General Manager and Chief Engineer) Approval of Amendment No. 2 to Short-Term Cooperative Purchasing Agreement Nos. 47551B and 47551C for Cybersecurity Consulting Services with Archer Energy Solutions, LLC, and Dragos, Inc. The Amendment will increase each agreement term for an additional 60 days. No additional funds are needed. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3).

27. (Recommended by General Counsel Water and Power) (Approved by Interim General Manager and Chief Engineer) Approval of Second Amendment to Agreement No. 47457-8 between the City of Los Angeles, Acting By and Through the Department of Water and Power, and Browne George Ross LLP. This Amendment adds $3,500,000 in funds to this Agreement. The term of the Agreement remains the same. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15061(b)(3).
