(Recommended by Chief Financial Officer) (Approved by Interim General Manager and Chief Engineer) Approval of Agreement No. 47564-0 for Actuarial Valuation of Disability Insurance Liability with Lewis & Ellis, Inc., for a term of five years and an amount not to exceed $72,000. Determine item is exempt pursuant to California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3).

Award to Air Sciences Inc., and Formation Environmental, LLC, for a term of five years and a cumulative amount not to exceed $30,000,000. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3).
21. (Recommended by Senior Assistant General Manager – Water System) (Approved by Interim General Manager and Chief Engineer) Approval of Agreement Nos. 47528A, 47528B, and 47528C for Engineering Design Services for the Owens Lake Master Project Steps 1 and 2, and Other Projects for a term of three years an amount not to exceed $14,000,000. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15061(b)(3).
22. (Recommended by Senior Assistant General Manager – Water System) (Approved by Interim General Manager and Chief Engineer) Approval of Agreement No. 47525 for Progressive Design-Build Services for San Fernando Groundwater Basin Remediation with Kiewit Infrastructure West Company for a term of five years and an amount not to exceed $408,000,000. In compliance with CEQA Guidelines Sections 15070-15097, LADWP prepared a Mitigated Negative Declaration for the proposed response action for North Hollywood Central to analyze the impacts associated with the project.
23. (Recommended by Senior Assistant General Manager – Water System) (Approved by Interim General Manager and Chief Engineer) Approval of Contract No. 7884 for Century Trunk Line Unit 1 with Steve Bubalo Construction Co., for a one-time purchase and an amount not to exceed $22,114,992, including contingency. In compliance with CEQA Guidelines Sections 15070-15075 [Mitigated Negative Declaration previously adopted].
