3. CONFERENCE WITH RISK MANAGEMENT, SECURITY, AND INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SPECIALISTS – THREAT TO CRITICAL INFRASTRUCTURE (Section 54957 of the California Government Code) The Board will recess into closed session to meet with John A. Smith, Chief Administrative Officer; Norma Grubb, Chief Information Officer and Chief AI Officer; Joanne Martin, Chief Risk and Compliance Officer; and Zoraya S. Oliver-Griffin, Chief Climate Resilience and Emergency Officer, concerning threats to critical facilities and infrastructure. The Board shall publicly report any action taken in closed session and the vote or abstention of every member present thereon, in accordance with Section 54957.1 of the California Government Code.
