L. Introduction of Motions for Future Consideration
M. Discussion with Neighborhood Council Representatives Discussion with Neighborhood Council representatives on any Neighborhood Council Resolution or Community Impact Statement filed with the City Clerk which relate to any agenda item listed or being considered on this agenda for the Board.
N. Items for Approval The Board will consider items recommended for approval. Items which a Commissioner has requested pulled for discussion will generally be considered after the Management Reports and Filed Items.
1. RecommendedbyOfficeoftheChiefAdministrativeOfficer Approval of Agreement Nos. 47928A and 47928B – Turner and Townsend Heery, LLC and Total Commercial Real Estate, Inc. The Agreements are for a term of five years for a cumulative amount not to exceed $750,000. Determine item is exempt pursuant to California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3).
2. RecommendedbyOfficeoftheChiefAdministrativeOfficer Approval of Agreement No. 47953 for Integrated Human Resource Planning with AECOM Technical Services, Inc. The Agreement is for a term of one year and for an amount not to exceed $3,000,000. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(2).

RecommendedbyOfficeoftheChiefPeopleOfficer Approval of Amendment No. 1 and Ratification to Purchase Order No. 49763-5 for Third-Party Administration Services for LADWP’s Flexible Benefits Program – Total Administrative Services Corporation. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3).

RecommendedbyOfficeoftheChiefPeopleOfficer Approval of Rescinding and Replacing Resolution 026 092 for the Salary Adjustments for the Classifications of Electric Distribution Mechanic and Electric Distribution Mechanic Supervisor. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3).
5. RecommendedbyOfficeoftheChiefCustomerOfficer, Communications, and Community Affairs Approval of Agreement No. 47829 for Potential Study and Load Forecasting with Alliance for Energy Innovation, LLC. The Agreement is for a term of five years, and an amount not to exceed $3,400,000. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3).
6. RecommendedbyOfficeoftheChiefSafetyOfficer Approval of Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) Agreement with California State University Dominguez Hills Occupational Safety and Health Administration Training Institute Education Center. The MOU Agreement is for a term of one year with four optional 12-month periods, for a total of five years and for an amount not to exceed $500,000, annually or $2,500,000, for the entire five-year term. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(2).
7. RecommendedbyOfficeoftheChiefStrategyandSustainabilityOfficer Approval of the 2025 Grid Reliability Study Required by the State Water Resources Control Board Statewide Once-Through-Cooling Policy. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(1).
8. RecommendedbyOfficeoftheChiefStrategyandSustainabilityOfficer Approval of Amendment to Section 23.143.1 of the Los Angeles Administrative Code and the Environmental Credit and Renewable Energy Credit Policy. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3). City Council approval by ordinance is required.
9. RecommendedbyOfficeoftheChiefStrategyandSustainabilityOfficer Approval of Cantara Trunk Line Replacement Project and Adoption of the Mitigated Negative Declaration in Accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act. Construction of the project is estimated at $68,473,000, which includes costs for materials, equipment, and labor throughout design and construction. Determine item is in compliance with CEQA Guidelines Sections 15070-15075.
10. Recommended by Power System Approval of Large Power Transformers for Various Substations Project Ordinance, Requesting the Los Angeles City Council to Establish Competitive Sealed Proposal Criteria Pursuant to Los Angeles Administrative Code Section 10.15(f). The total estimated cost for the procurement is approximately $315,000,000, and the duration of the proposed contract(s) will not exceed nine years. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3). City Council approval by ordinance is required.
11. Recommended by Water System Approval of Acceptance of Two Easement Deeds with a Long-Term Mutual Indemnification from U.S. Borax Inc. There is no cost to the City or LADWP to acquire the Easements. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(2). City Council approval is required.
