20. RecommendedbyWaterSystem Approval of Land Divestment Policy – Sale of Three Properties to Existing Tenured Tenants in Bishop, Inyo County. The combined sales value of the three properties is $610,000. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Sections 15060(c)(3) and 15378 (b)(4). City Council approval is required.
21. RecommendedbyWaterSystem Approval of Lease No. 1502 with SBA Towers II LLC. The Lease will generate an estimated minimum rental income of $110,208, over the five-year term. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15301.
22. RecommendedbyWaterSystem Approval of Right-of-Way Grant/Temporary Use Permit CACA 052599/CACA 105913816 with United States Department of the Interior, Bureau of Land Management. The Agreement has a term of approximately 30 years expiring on December 31, 2055, and the total rent is estimated to be $3,292.89. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15301.
23. RecommendedbyWaterSystem Approval of Water Supply Assessment – Five Points Union Project. The applicant paid $22,000, to cover LADWP’s expenses. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(2).
