The proposed Resolution will increase total funding from $20 Million to $40 Million over the next five years. The Contract is for one-time purchase, for an amount not to exceed $14,325,000, which includes 25 percent contingency. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15302.

19. RecommendedbyWaterSystem Approval of Cost Sharing Agreement for the Santa Monica Basin Groundwater Sustainability Agency. The proposed Agreement would authorize LADWP to reimburse Santa Monica 20 percent of the consultant costs up to $177,516, from February 6, 2023 to February 29, 2027.
