11. Recommended by Water System Approval of Resolution to extend Contract No. 7805 for North Haiwee Dam No. 2 Project with Road and Highway Builders, LLC. The Resolution will extend the Contract to a maximum of eight years. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Sections 15080-15097.

12. Recommended by Water System Approval of Water Supply Assessment – The ROW DTLA Residential Project. The applicant paid $17,000, to cover LADWP’s expenses in preparation of this Water Supply Assessment. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(2).

2. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL – EXISTING LITIGATION (Section 54956.9(d)(1) of the California Government Code) People of the State of California, et al. v. City of Los Angeles, et al., Orange County Superior Court Case No. 30-2023-01353013-CU-TT-CXC.

3. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL – EXISTING LITIGATION (Section 54956.9(d)(1) of the California Government Code) City of Los Angeles, et al. v. Great Basin Unified Air Pollution Control District, et al., Orange County Superior Court Case No. 30-2023-01355576-CU-WM-CJC.

4. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL – EXISTING LITIGATION (Section 54956.9(d)(1) of the California Government Code) City of Los Angeles v. California Air Resources Board, Los Angeles Superior Court Case No. 24STCP01428. The Board shall publicly report any action taken in closed session and the vote or abstention of every member present thereon, in accordance with Section 54957.1 of the California Government Code.
