1. Recommended by the Office of the Chief Administrative Officer Approval of Memorandum of Understanding between LADWP and the City of Los Angeles Information Technology Agency for helicopter avionics repair and maintenance services. The Agreement is for a term of five years from August 1, 2024, through July 31, 2029, the maximum yearly amount to be paid by LADWP shall not exceed $25,000, with a contract expenditure limit of $125,000. Determine item is exempt pursuant to California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines Section 15060(c)(2).
2. Recommended by the Office of the Chief Information Officer and Chief AI Officer Approval of Agreement No. 47888 for Water and Power Geographic Information System Upgrade and new functionality with TRC Solutions, Inc., the Agreement is for a term of five years and an amount not to exceed $9,363,798. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3).
3. Recommended by the Office of the Chief Information Officer and Chief AI Officer Approval of Agreement No. 47890 for IT Mainframe and Application assistance with International Business Machines, Corp., the Agreement is for a term of three years and an amount not to exceed $7,000,000. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3).
4. Recommended by the Office of the Chief Information Officer and Chief AI Officer Approval of Agreement No. 47900 for Professional Services for Oracle Based Systems - Accenture, LLP., the Agreement is for a term of three years with two one-year renewal options for an amount not to exceed $38,000,000. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3).
5. Recommended by the Office of the Chief People Officer Approval of Resolution for Relocation and Temporary Housing for the Executive Director of Emergency Management. Environmental Recommendation is not applicable.
6. Recommended by the Office of the Chief Safety Officer Approval of Agreement No. 47862 for Certificated Industrial Hygiene Training Services with NATEC International, Inc., the Agreement is for a term of four years and five months and an amount not to exceed $876,672. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3).
7. Recommended by Financial Services Organization Approval of Resolution for Assistant Auditor designation. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3).
8. Recommended by Financial Services Organization Approval of Agreement No. 47863 for actuarial and advisory services for Retirement, Retiree Medical, and Death Benefits with The Segal Company (Western States), Inc., the Agreement is for a term of five years and an amount not to exceed $1,194,000. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3).
9. Recommended by Financial Services Organization Approval of Agreement No. 47895 for Annual Audits of Financial Statements and Related Services with KPMG, LLP., the Agreement is for a term of five years and an amount not to exceed $14,300,000. 10. Recommended by Water System Approval of Lease No. 1443 with Hurd and George, Inc., over a five-year term the lease will generate a total of $72,000. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3).
