Recommended by Financial Services Organization Approval of authorization to execute a second Amendment to second Amended and Restated Revolving Credit Agreement with Wells Fargo Bank, National Association Under Resolution No. 5069. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3).
7. Recommended by Financial Services Organization Approval of Fiscal Year 2025-2026 LADWP Final Budget – Power Revenue Fund Receipts and Appropriations and Associated Schedules and Fiscal Year 2025-2026 Annual Personnel Resolution. The Power Revenue Fund Proposed Final Budget incorporated expenditures for the Power System, including the share of expenditures associated with the Joint System and Water Revenue Fund that support Power System functions. Estimated appropriations for the Power Revenue Fund for FY 2025-2025, total $7.81 billion. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(1).
8. Recommended by Financial Services Organization Approval of Fiscal Year 2025-2026 LADWP Final Budget – Water Revenue Fund Receipts and Appropriations and Associated Schedules and Fiscal Year 2025-2026 Annual Personnel Resolution. Estimated appropriations for the Water Revenue Fund for FY 2025-2026, total $3.23 billion. Net of receipts for the Power System, contributions in aid of construction, individuals, and companies and other miscellaneous sources, appropriations total $2.51 billion. 9. Recommended by Power System Approval of Agreement Nos. 47830A, 47830B, and 47830D for repair, maintenance, and specialized services for generating stations and Power System equipment - Voith Hydro, Inc., Bender CCP, Inc., and Ace Industries, Inc., respectively, the Agreements are for a term of five years and a cumulative amount not to exceed $25,000,000. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3).
10. Recommended by Power System Approval of Milford Solar Phase II Power Sales Agreement No. BP 24-002 and Milford Solar Phase II Agency Agreement No. BP 24-003 between the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power and the Southern California Public Power Authority. The price of energy and delivery to Intermountain Power Project is $37.75 per MW-hour with no escalation over the 30-year term. Over the 30-year term, the average annual energy LADWP is estimated 585,000 MWh. The estimated average cost of this energy for LADWP is approximately $22.1 million annually and $663 million over the 30-year term. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3). City Council approval is required.
11. Recommended by Power System Approval of Optical Fiber Lease Agreement No. FO-927-08/2024 and Short Form IRU-01 Lease Agreement No. FO-928-08/2024 with Loyola Marymount University for Lease of LADWP Optical Fibers. IRU-01 will generate an annual revenue of $56,100, and a total revenue of $280,500, if the full term is realized. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3).
12. Recommended by Water System Approval of Grant Agreement with the State of California Department of Parks and Recreation Division of Boating and Waterways for the installation and operation of one floating restroom at Crowley Lake Reservoir. The Agreement is for a term of 10 years. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15301.
13. Recommended by Water System Approval of Contract No. 681 for asphalt concrete and concrete pavement trench resurfacing, Group I-S E Pipe Line Construction Company and Group II-Paveco Construction, Inc. The contract is for a combined, estimated expenditure of $144,737,090, and an amount not to exceed $180,921,362, for a term of one year with four optional one-year renewal periods. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3).
14. Recommended by Water System Approval of payment of Fiscal Year 2025-2026 air quality fees to the Great Basin Unified Air Pollution Control District. LADWP is required to pay assessed annual fees in the amount of $8,407,378. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3).
15. Recommended by Water System Approval of Water Supply Assessment - Fox Future Project. The applicant paid $17,000, to cover LADWP’s expenses for preparation of the Water Supply Assessment. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(2).

4.CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL – EXISTING LITIGATION (Section 54956.9(d)(1) of the California Government Code) Eric Schoentag v.
