Recommended by Office of the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Engineer Approval of Resolution for Chief Risk and Compliance Officer relocation and temporary housing, relocation costs are for an amount not to exceed $30,000, with a monthly housing allowance for 12 months for an amount not to exceed $90,000.

3. Recommended by Office of the Chief Administrative Officer Approval of Agreement for Pinkerton Consulting & Investigations Inc., Executive Protection Services. The Agreement is for a term of 180 days, and a total aggregate amount not to exceed $262,224. Determine item is exempt pursuant to California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3).

Recommended by Office of the Chief Administrative Officer Approval of a Lease for a Customer Service Center Located at 919 South Soto Street, No. 10, Los Angeles, California 90023 – LADWP File No. P-69657, the Lease is for a term of 10 years, with a total estimated cost of $441,588.84, plus the cost of utilities. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3). City Council approval is required.

5. Recommended by Customer Service, Communications, and Community Affairs Approval of Amendment No. 2 to Agreement No. 47649 for Siebel upgrade support services with Ponder Pro Serve, Inc. The Amendment will increase the Agreement amount by $7,900,000 to $15,820,000, and extend the term by two years, from April 21, 2024, to April 21, 2026. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(2).
