RecommendedbyWaterSystem ApprovalofAuthorizationtoReallocateFundsinAgreementNo.47071with Webcor Obayashi Lyles, a Joint Venture, for the Silver Lake Reservoir Complex Storage Replacement Project/Headworks Reservoir Project. The reallocated funds in theAgreement will increase theauthorized expenditure from $75 Million to $85 Million in Phase 3. The Agreement not ot exceed total will remain at $388 Million and will not extend the Agreement duration. The Contract expiration date will remain as December 31, 2025. 10. RecommendedbyWaterSystem Approval of Amendment No. 1 to Agreement No. 47780 for Professional Services for the Eastern Sierra Airborne Electromagnetic Survey Project withRambollAmericasEngineeringSolutions,Inc.TheAmendmentisfor an amount not to exceed $960,000.
