2. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL – EXISTING LITIGATION (Section 54956.9(d)(1) of the California Government Code) Gary Kim v. Los Angeles Department of Water and Power, Claim No.: 2017-0254, Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board Case No. ADJ10802919. 8

3. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL – EXISTING LITIGATION (Section 54956.9(d)(1) of the California Government Code) Bridge Finance, LLC., a California limited liability company, Kanday, LLC., a California limited liability company, and Clone Goddess, Inc., a California corporation, Plaintiffs, v. Los Angeles Department of Water and Power and Does 1 through 20, inclusive. The Board shall publicly report any action taken in closed session and the vote or abstention of every member present thereon, in accordance with Section 54957.1 of the California Government Code.
