1. Recommended by Customer Service, Communications, and Corporate Strategy Approval of Annual Adjustment to Low-Income Eligibility Criteria for the EZ-Save Program. Determine item is exempt pursuant to California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines Section 15060(c)(2).
2. Recommended by Financial Services Organization Approval of Amendment No. 1 to Agreement No. 47538 for Budget and Decision Support System and Integration Services with Oracle America, Inc. The proposed Amendment extends the term of the Agreement by three years, for a total term of eight years. The not-to-exceed amount and other terms and conditions of the Agreement will remain unchanged. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3). City Council approval is required.
3. Recommended by Office of the Chief Information Technology Officer Approval of Amendment No. 1 to Purchase Order No. 41399-5 with Logicalis, Inc., for Cisco Talos Incident Response Retainer. The Amendment will add a new line item and will increase the Purchase Order amount of $149,846.40 by adding a not-to-exceed maximum of $5,000,000, and to change the purchase order number to a 47-series contract for administrative purposes. All other terms and conditions of the Purchase Order will remain unchanged. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3).
4. Recommended by Office of the City Attorney for Water and Power Approval of First Amendment to Agreement No. 47758 between the City of Los Angeles, acting by and through the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power and Meyers Nave. The Amendment adds $1,610,000 for an aggregate budget of $2,060,000. The term of the Agreement, commencing on January 11, 2023, and terminating January 10, 2026, shall not change with the Amendment. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15061(b)(3).
5. Recommended by Power System Approval of Participation as Program Administrator in the California Public Utilities Commission’s Self-Generation Incentive Program for Los Angeles Department of Water and Power Service Territory. The LADWP would receive 13 percent of available program funding each Fiscal Year. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3).
6. Recommended by Power System Approval of Agreement No. 47833 for the National Renewable Energy Laboratory Technical Studies and Professional Services with Alliance for Sustainable Energy, LLC. The Agreement is for a term of five years, and for an amount not to exceed $4,445,000. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3).
7. Recommended by Power System Approval of Cybersecurity Risk Information Sharing Program Agreement. The term of the Agreement is one year with four one-year optional renewal periods. The Agreement amount will not exceed $1,601,720, with a maximum expenditure of $201,720 for the first year and an amount not to exceed $350,000 for each additional year. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3).
8. Recommended by Water System Approval of Cooperative Agreements with the California Department of Transportation for Stormwater Capture Park Projects. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15070-15075.
9. Recommended by Water System Approval of Memorandum of Agreement Between the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power, the Los Angeles Department of Public Works, Bureau of Engineering, and the Los Angeles Department of Recreation and Parks for the Implementation of the Stormwater Capture Parks Program. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15070-15075.
