2. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL – EXISTING LITIGATION (Section 54956.9(d)(1) of the California Government Code) Edith Williams v. Los Angeles Department of Water and Power; Erin Henning; Leticia Woodard, Los Angeles Superior Court Case No. 20STCV46719.

3. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL – EXISTING LITIGATION (Section 54956.9(d)(1) of the California Government Code) Antwon Jones v. City of Los Angeles, Los Angeles Superior Court Case No. BC577267. (and designated related cases).

4. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL – EXISTING LITIGATION (Section 54956.9(d)(1) of the California Government Code) Arlene Rodriguez, Christopher Vicino, Leticia Woodard, Clariza Valdovinos

v. Los Angeles Department of Water and Power, Los Angeles Superior Court Case No. 23STCV26047.

5. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL – ANTICIPATED LITIGATION (Section 54956.9(d)(2) of the California Government Code) Discussion regarding significant exposure to litigation (1 case). The Board shall publicly report any action taken in closed session and the vote or abstention of every member present thereon, in accordance with Section 54957.1 of the California Government Code.
