2. Recommended by Office of the Chief Operating Officer Approval of the Little Lake Aqueduct Crossover Project Mitigated Negative Declaration in Accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act. The Proposed Project is estimated to cost about $9,000,000 for planning, design, and construction. Determine item complies with CEQA Guidelines Sections 15070-15075.

3. Recommended by Office of the City Attorney for Water and Power Approval of Legal Services Agreement between the City of Los Angeles, acting by and through the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power and Annaguey McCann, LLP, Agreement No. 47840. The term will commence on June 1, 2024, and terminate on May 31, 2026. The initial allotment for the Agreement is not to exceed $1,100,000. Recommended by Financial Services Organization Approval of Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Los Angeles Department of Water and Power Final Budget – Water Revenue Fund Receipts and Appropriations and Associated Schedules and Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Annual Personnel Resolution. 5. Recommended by Financial Services Organization Approval of Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Los Angeles Department of Water and Power Final Budget – Power Revenue Fund Receipts and Appropriations and Associated Schedules and Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Annual Personnel Resolution. 9. Recommended by Power System The Power System requests the approval of Agreement No. 47813 with Team Industrial Services, Inc. to furnish and deliver nondestructive examination services for a term of five years and a not to exceed amount of $5,000,000.
