C. General Public Comment An opportunity for the public to address the Board of Water and Power Commissioners (Board) on Items E.1 through E.5 of this Agenda. (Speakers may be limited in speaking time dependent upon the press of business and number of persons wishing to address the Board. In accordance with the Brown Act, no action or discussion shall be undertaken by the Board on any item not appearing on the posted Agenda.)

3. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - EXISTING LITIGATION (Section 54956.9(d)(1) of the California Government Code) Lucia Patino v. City of Los Angeles Department of Water and Power, David Nevarez, et al., Los Angeles Superior Court Case No. 22STCV01601.

4. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - ANTICIPATED LITIGATION (Section 54956.9(d)(2) of the California Government Code) Discussion regarding significant exposure to litigation (1 case).

5. PUBLIC EMPLOYEE APPOINTMENT (Section 54957 of the California Government Code) Position: General Manager, Los Angeles Department of Water and Power The Board shall publicly report any action taken in closed session and the vote or abstention of every member present thereon, in accordance with Section 54957.1 of the California Government Code.
