11. Recommended by Water System Approval of Amendment No. 2 to the Cost Sharing Agreement for Costs of Watermaster Services and Watermaster’s Legal Services for the Upper Los Angeles River Area Groundwater Basins. LADWP’s estimated share of the costs and fees, as calculated by the formula set forth in the Judgment, is $1,460,000. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3).
12. Recommended by Water System Approval of Letter Agreement with Union Pacific Railroad Company for Purchase of Real Property Located Adjacent to Tinemaha Reservoir Near Big Pine, Inyo County, California. The total cost of the acquisition will include the purchase price of $213,531.90, plus escrow fees, closing costs, and related expenses. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060 (c)(2). City Council approval is required pursuant to Charter Section 373 and the City Administrative Code Section (L.A.A.C.) 10.5.
13. Recommended by Board of Water and Power Commissioners Approval of the Personnel Relations Committee’s report for Grievance No. 8-025-22 filed by Omar Diaz and Samuel Sempelsz. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3).
