Recommended by Power System – Engineering, Planning, and Technical Services Approval of Contract Nos. 295A and 295B for Transformers, 34.4-kV, Three-Phase, Padmount with Nexgen Power Inc.; and JSHP Transformer USA Corp., Respectively, for a term of one year with two one-year optional renewal periods and an amount not to exceed $41,065,386. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3).

13. Recommended by Water System Approval of Grant Funding Application to the California Department of Water Resources, 2022 Urban Community Drought Relief Grant Program. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(2).

14. Recommended by Water System Approval of Agreement No. 47729 for Owner’s Agent – Fairmont Sedimentation Plan Project with Arcadis U.S., Inc., for a term of nine years with an option to extend by one year with a not to exceed amount of $20,000,000. Determine item is in compliance with the CEQA Guidelines Sections 15070-15075 (MND adopted on September 5, 2018). City Council approval is required pursuant to Section 373 of the Los Angeles City Charter.

15. Recommended by Water System Approval of Regional Program Round 3 Transfer Agreement with the Los Angeles County Flood Control District for Stormwater Capture Projects – Safe, Clean Water Program. 16.
