The Amendment will extend the term by two one-year increments and increase the amount by $310,000. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3).

11. Recommended by Power System Ð Engineering, Planning, and Technical Services Approval of Agreement No. 47692 for the Haskell Canyon Switching Station to Sylmar Switching Station Power Plant 1 and Power Plant 2 Transmission Line Conversion Project with Barnard Construction Company, Inc., for a term of five years and an amount not to exceed $86,291,033, which includes a 25 percent contingency. Determine item is in compliance with CEQA Guidelines Sections 15080-15097 (Environmental Impact Report previously adopted on September 10, 2019).

12. Recommended by Power System Ð Engineering, Planning, and Technical Services Approval of Agreement No. 47653 for the Barren Ridge Switching Station to Haskell Canyon Switching Station Transmission Line 1 Upgrade Project with Henkels & McCoy, Inc., for a term of five years and an amount not to exceed $186,603,290, which includes a 30 percent contingency. Determine item is in compliance with CEQA Guidelines Sections 15080-15097 (Environmental Impact Report previously adopted).
