(Recommended by Senior Assistant General Manager – Water System) (Approved by General Manager and Chief Engineer) Approval of Amendment No. 5 to Agreement No. 47080-2 for Proprietary Computer Software Maintenance, Support, and Change Services for the Electronic RequestSolicit-Procure System with OGMA Consulting Corporation. The Amendment will extend the term by four years and increase the amount by $2,818,120. City Council approval is required. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3).
