(Recommended by Interim Chief Administrative Officer) (Approved by General Manager and Chief Engineer) Approval of Agreement No. 47678 for Title and Escrow Services with Chicago Title Company for a term of five years and an amount not to exceed $750,000. Determine item is exempt pursuant to California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3).
