2. General Public Comment: Opportunity for the public to address the Board on items of interest to the public that are within the subject matter jurisdiction of the Board. (Speakers may be limited in speaking time dependent upon the press of business and number of persons wishing to address the Board. In accordance with the Brown Act, no action or discussion shall be undertaken by the Board on any item not appearing on the posted agenda.)

10. (Recommended by Chief Administrative Officer) (Approved by General Manager and Chief Engineer) Approval of Amendment No. 1 to Agreement No. 47455 for Employee Assistance Program Services with Health and Human Resource Center, Inc. dba Aetna Resources for Living. This Amendment will extend the term by two years and increase the amount by $1,000,000. Determine item is exempt pursuant to California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3).

11. (Recommended by Chief Administrative Officer) (Approved by General Manager and Chief Engineer) Approval of Short Form IRU-25 Lease Agreement No. FO-871-07/2020 with University of Southern California for Lease of LADWP Optical Fibers. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3).

12. (Recommended by Senior Assistant General Manager – External and Regulatory Affairs/Chief Sustainability Officer and Senior Assistant General Manager – Water System) (Approved by General Manager and Chief Engineer) Approval of Adoption of the De Soto Tanks and Pump Station Environmental Impact Report in Accordance with the California Environment Quality Act. Determine item is in compliance with CEQA Guidelines, Article 7, Sections 15080-15097.

13. (Recommended by General Manager and Chief Engineer) Approval of Master Memorandum of Understanding for Project Delivery and Service Needs between the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power and the City of Los Angeles. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3).

14. (Recommended by Senior Assistant General Manager – Water System) (Approved by General Manager and Chief Engineer) Approval of Joint Services Agreement with the Water Replenishment District of Southern California for Construction of the Second Gap Connection Pipeline and Harbor Recycled Water System Potable Backup Construction Projects – Agreement No. WR-20-1011. Determine item is in compliance with CEQA Guidelines Sections 15080-15097 and 15164 (Environmental Impact Report adopted on October 20, 2009, and Addendums 1-4 Prepared).
