1. Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8, the Board will meet in closed session for a conference with Real Property Negotiators concerning the price and terms for lease of the real property located at 1647 E. 103rd Street, Los Angeles, CA 90002. Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8, the Board will meet in closed session for a conference with Real Property Negotiators concerning the price and terms for purchase of the real property located at 260 Logan Lane, Fernley, Nevada 89408. Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8, the Board will meet in closed session for a conference with Real Property Negotiators concerning the price and terms for lease of the real property located at 233 S. Beaudry Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90017. LADWP Real Property Negotiators: Adriana Rubalcava, Director of Real Estate; Guy Lammers, Property Manager; and Sandra Wallace, Utility Administrator Negotiating Parties: Golden Hills Properties, LLC; Michael Delijani; Shahram Delijani; and Greg Powers (Attorney) The Board shall publicly report any action taken in closed session and the vote or abstention of every member present thereon, in accordance with Section 54957.1 of the California Government Code.
