24. (Recommended by Senior Assistant General Manager – Water System) (Approved by General Manager and Chief Engineer) Approval of Water Supply Assessment – Los Angeles International Airport Airfield and Terminal Modernization Project located within the City of Los Angeles. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15268(b)(4).
25. (Recommended by Senior Assistant General Manager – Water System) (Approved by General Manager and Chief Engineer) Approval of Agreement No. 47613 with Stantec Consulting Services, Inc., for Professional Services for the Eastern Sierra Water Management Program for a term of five years and an amount not to exceed $5,500,000. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3).
26. (Recommended by Senior Assistant General Manager – Water System) (Approved by General Manager and Chief Engineer) Approval of Agreement Nos. 47591A, 47591B, 47591C, and 47591D with Arcadis U.S. Inc.; Carollo Engineers, Inc.; Hazen and Sawyer; and Water Quality & Treatment Solutions, Inc.; Respectively, for Evaluation of New and Emerging Technologies for Water Quality Issues and Projects, for a term of five years and a cumulative amount not to exceed $5,000,000. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3).
27. (Recommended by Senior Assistant General Manager – Water System) (Approved by General Manager and Chief Engineer) Approval of Amendment to the Colorado River Six Agency Committee Funding Agreement with the Palo Verde Irrigation District, Coachella Valley Water District, San Diego County Water Authority, Imperial Irrigation District, and the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3).
28. (Recommended by General Counsel Water and Power) (Approved by General Manager and Chief Engineer) Approval of Third Amendment to Agreement No. 47457-8 Between the City of Los Angeles, Acting By and Through the Department of Water and Power, and Browne George Ross LLP. The Amendment will extend the term by two years and increase the amount by $3,000,000. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15061(b)(3).
29. (Recommended by General Counsel Water and Power) (Approved by General Manager and Chief Engineer) Approval of First Amendment to Agreement No. 47536-9 Between the City of Los Angeles, Acting By and Through the Department of Water and Power, and Kaplan, Kirsch and Rockwell, LLP for Specialized Legal Services. The Amendment will increase the amount by $600,000. The term of the Agreement remains the same. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15061(b)(3).

2. Jose Sanchez, et al. v. Los Angeles Department of Water and Power, Los Angeles Superior Court Case No. BC633502, pursuant to Section 54956.9(a) of the California Government Code.
3. Henrik Amiriyan and Karine Grigoryan v. Los Angeles Department of Water and Power, et al., Los Angeles Superior Court Case No. BC707773, pursuant to Section 54956.9(a) of the California Government Code.
4. Kiewit Power Constructors Co. v. City of Los Angeles, acting by and through the Department of Water and Power, and related cross-actions, United States District Court Case No. 2:16-cv-02590 AB (GJSx), United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit Cross Appeals Nos. 18-56218 and 18-56537, pursuant to Section 54956.9(a) of the California Government Code .
