(Recommended by Senior Assistant General Manager – Water System) (Approved by Interim General Manager and Chief Engineer) Approval of Amendment No. 1 to Agreement Nos. 47428A-7 and 47428B-7 for Laboratory Testing and Analyses with Weck Laboratories, Inc., and Eurofins Eaton Analytical, LLC. The Amendment will increase the cumulative amount by $300,000. All other terms remain unchanged. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3).
