(Recommended by Chief Administrative Officer – Corporate Services) (Approved by General Manager) Approval of amending sections of the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power Health Plans Resolution No. 86-169, adopted by the Board on January 23, 1986, to set the dates for the open enrollment period as April 24 through May 7, 2019; updates premium subsidies to reflect changes in the health and dental contracts; sets the payroll deduction start dates for the contracts; and updates the formulas used to calculate the subsidy levels for retirees, surviving spouses, and family death benefit recipients, effective July 1, 2019. Determine item is exempt pursuant to California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3).
