The Board shall recess into closed session regarding: Public Employee Appointment: Pursuant to California Government Code Section 54957(b)(1), the Board will go into closed session to consider the appointment of a Board Secretary for the Board of Water and Power Commissioners. The Board shall publicly report any reportable action, if any, taken in closed session and the vote or abstention of every member present thereon, in accordance with Section 54957.1 of the California Government Code.
