26. (Recommended by Senior Assistant General Manager – Power System Engineering, Planning, and Technical Services and Chief Operating Officer) (Approved by General Manager) Approval of Amendment No. 1 to Contract No. 604 for Underground Cable Accessories with Anixter, Inc. The Amendment will extend the term by one additional one-year renewal option and increase the contract amount by $6,624,191. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3).
27. (Recommended by Senior Assistant General Manager – Power System Engineering, Planning, and Technical Services and Chief Operating Officer) (Approved by General Manager) Approval of Agreement No. 47498 for Doble Consulting Engineeering Services with Doble Engineering Company for a term of three years and an amount not to exceed $114,580. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3).
28. (Recommended by Chief Sustainability Officer) (Approved by General Manager) Approval of Agreement No. 47535 for Federal Legislative Consulting Services. Award to Van Ness Feldman LLP, for a term of one year with two one-year optional periods and for an amount not to exceed $1,110,000. In accordance with CEQA, it has been determined that awarding a contract for the hire of professional lobbying services is exempt pursuant to the General Exemption described in CEQA Guidelines Section 15061(b)(3).
29. (Recommended by Chief Administrative Officer – Technology and Security Services) (Approved by General Manager) Resolution authorizing the General Manager to Negotiate and Execute an Agreement for Expanded Cybersecurity Incident Response Services on an as-needed basis with Dell Secureworks and/or Fireeye. Determine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3).
30. The Board shall recess into closed session for a conference with legal counsel regarding:
A. Existing litigation in the following matters: Kin and Meyer v. LADWP, Los Angeles Superior Court Case No. BC603104, consolidated and related to Lopez v. LADWP, Los Angeles Superior Court Case No. BC635497, pursuant to Section 54956.9(d)(1) of the California Government Code. Oanh Hong Thi Troung v. LADWP, et al., Los Angeles Superior Court Case No. BC683368, pursuant to Section 54956.9(d)(1) of the California Government Code. County of Mono v. City of Los Angeles, Los Angeles Department of Water and Power; Los Angeles Department of Water and Power Board of Commissioners, and Does 1 through 20, Alemeda Superior Court Case No. RG18923377, pursuant to Section 54956.9(d)(1) of the California Government Code. City of Los Angeles, acting by and through its Department of Water and Power v. County of Inyo, County of Inyo Board of Supervisors, Kern County Superior Court Case No. BCV-18-101513-KCT, pursuant to Section 54956.9(d)(1) of the California Government Code.
B. Anticipated litigation in the following matters:

Conference with Labor Negotiators: Pursuant to California Government Code Section 54957.6, the Board will meet in closed session with the Department’s labor negotiators (the Department’s General Manager) concerning labor negotiations with the following employee bargaining representatives: International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local 18 Management Employees Association
D. Real Estate Matters: Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8, the Board will meet in closed session for a conference with Real Property Negotiators concerning the price and terms of Lease of the real property located at 1647 Easr 103rd Street, Watts, Los Angeles, CA 90002. LADWP Real Property Negotiator: Massoud Saboury, Director of Real Estate Negotiating Parties: Naicapital (Patrick Ortiz, Senior Vice President) and Law Offices of Trudi J. Lesser (Trudi J. Lesser)
E. Consultation with General Manager David H. Wright of the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (including security operations) regarding security issues pertaining to the essential public services (water and electric service), pursuant to Section 54957(a) of the California Government Code.
